Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

The product is unused and in original packaging.

The item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

The return is raised within the eligible time frame.
π¦ In case of a partial return (2 or more items in an order), the discounts applied to retained items will be adjusted before refund calculation.

Refunds are processed within 4β7 business days after the product reaches our warehouse.

Refund will be issued via the original mode of payment.
β οΈ Non-Refundable Cases:
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

If the return is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Products that are customized or made to order.

If the item shows signs of physical damage or wear.

If the customer fails to return the product within the required timeline after initiating a return.

If the return timeline is missed, only a store credit will be issuedβno refund.

No return or exchange is allowed for products that have already been exchanged once.

No discounts or offers apply on exchanged orders.
